The Experience!
The Coffee Foundation's Village Program in collaboration with Chef Alexander Mack from A.M. Diverse Cooking presented The Experience! The Experience was a training workshop where students age 12-17 learned a variety of skills from culinary arts to healthier eating habits, to hosting and serving.
Students learned the full experience of working in a restaurant as well as the experience and skills to work collaboratively in teams. The three teams presented a recital of a dining experience for parents and community members to enjoy. The result was a success!
