About Us…

Creating. Collaborating. Supporting.

The Coffee Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to helping youth and young adults discover their purpose, build a strong foundation, and develop their talents.

We believe meaningful community work does not always require creating another program. Sometimes the greatest impact comes from recognizing the good work already happening, bringing resources together, and helping one another do it better.

That belief has shaped the Coffee Foundation’s direction.

Today, much of our work is centered on collaboration and partnership. We work alongside schools, nonprofit organizations, community leaders, mentors, and other youth-serving programs whose efforts align with our mission. Rather than duplicating services, we look for opportunities to strengthen existing initiatives and help fill gaps where support is needed.

How We Support the Work

Our support can take many forms. We may partner with an organization to provide a workshop or lesson, share educational information and community resources, contribute gift cards or other needed items, help raise financial support, sponsor an initiative, or simply lend our experience and hands to a project already making a difference.

We also encourage individuals, businesses, and community partners to give alongside us so that resources can reach more young people and strengthen the organizations serving them.

Why Collaboration Matters

Many people in our community care deeply about our youth, and many organizations work toward similar goals. We believe we should view that as an opportunity, not competition.

When organizations communicate, share resources, support one another, and work together, we can accomplish more with what our community already has.

The Coffee Foundation wants to help build those bridges.

Our focus remains on the leadership development and overall growth of youth and young adults. Through our partnerships, we support opportunities that strengthen life skills, confidence, emotional intelligence, character, education, leadership, and preparation for adulthood.

Purpose. Foundation. Talent.

These three words continue to guide our work.

Purpose - Helping young people recognize that their lives have meaning and direction.

Foundation -Supporting the skills, values, relationships, and resources they need to build well.

Talent -Creating opportunities for young people to recognize, develop, and use what they have been given.

The way we carry out that mission may continue to grow, but the heart behind it remains the same: to create experiences for youth and young adults that open paths to purpose, foundation, and talent.

Let's Work Together

The Coffee Foundation welcomes opportunities to collaborate with organizations, schools, businesses, community leaders, and individuals who are investing in young people.

Whether we can contribute resources, provide financial support, share knowledge, participate in an initiative, or help connect people to what they need, we want to support those doing meaningful work.

We don't have to do the same work separately when we can make a greater impact together.

*****

Together, we empower. Together, we lead.

CREATE

We create meaningful experiences that help youth and young adults explore their purpose, strengthen life skills, develop leadership, and discover their talents.

COLLABORATE

Stronger Together

We partner with schools, nonprofits, community organizations, and youth-serving programs to strengthen the work already happening in our community. We believe collaboration allows us to reach further without duplicating efforts.

SUPPORT

Supporting the Work

Sometimes support looks like funding. Other times, it’s gift cards, supplies, a workshop, shared resources, volunteers, or simply lending a hand. We support organizations and initiatives doing meaningful work for youth and young adults.

LET'S DO MORE…TOGETHER.

The best work happens when we bring our resources, relationships, and ideas together. Whether you're an organization looking for a community partner, a business wanting to support local youth, or an individual who wants to give, there's a place for you in this work.
